Replacement Policy / Warranty Support

At Adapterkart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we’re here to help.

7-Day  Replacement Window

We offer 7 days free replacement window in case you receive a defective piece (non working). In this we will exchange your product with a new piece of the same product.

We offer 7 days Paid replacement window in case you order a wrong product or an incompatible product. In this case you need to pay courier charges of INR 150 for pick and drop and product price difference if applicable (Provided the required product is available with us, if the product is not available, we will not return it.)

Eligibility for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must meet the following conditions:

Item must be in its original packaging

Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Damaged or Defective Products

Damages are not covered under warranty. 

If there is any issue with the received product such as you receive an old product or a damaged product, please share an unboxing video of the product, If you fail to provide the video, the claim will not be considered,

Warranty Support

For warranty support, you can send the product by courier to our service center and we will send you the replaced product.
If you want us to pick and drop the product, courier charges of INR 150/- will apply.
